Cadence and HR readings

If you purchased the optional speed/cadence sensor, and/or optional HR sensor, both the iBike app and iBike Coach app will display the measurements.
If you're using the iBike app, make sure to go into Setup/Configure Screens and select Cadence and HR fields.
If you're using the iBike app with an HR strap, you can also use the % HR gauge.
