AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

My iPhone 4s updated last night to iOS 6.1, and today iBike would not work with the iBike Dash+Power phone booth. iBike crashed while opening no matter what I did, but would open when disconnected from the booth. Anybody else having issues?
