RWS necessary?

Hello,
I want to add a nav device to my bike. Do I need a RWS for the attached setup or do I just need to perform a recal?

it looks to me as though it has a clear wind path? I would just recalibrate the meter and ride. In either case with or without RWS will require you to recalibrate I think.
