AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

Hello,
I have bought a Newton+ 5 I haven´t been able to look at my power stroke information once I download de ride to de ISAAC, it´s keep sending me to ibike shop. I do have fast rec on, i have also set in ISAAC where my cadence sensor is in my bike. Everything else is working great but.

The details of my Newton are:

Serial number: 02-23-15-08-06-02-08-00-02-01-03-02-BB-7E-10-29

And my unlocked features are:
Trainer feature
GT Key
CdA Function (TTKey)
PowerStroke Recording
4x Memory Upgrade
Newton Tracker

Any help given to make power stroke work will be very much appreciated.

Make sure your cadence sensor is working. You can check in Isaac; you'll see the cadence graph appear.

Thanks, you are right, it doesn´t appear on ISAAC, I will check the position and come back to you.
