"iBike unit not responding"

My Newton+ now refuses to talk to my computer... Prior to the ride today I used Isaac to set time/date on the Newton+
There was rain on last hour of ride, but the unit appeared to be functioning properly and continued to collect data
came home and tried to download data and nothing...
have tried hard reset, plugging in unit and restarting Isaac software, using another USB port
I believe I am using the most up to date Newton FW and v1.0.9 of Isaac with the Silicon driver installed

please help...

hello,

my ibike newton+ is not responding to the connection to a mac. The unit has been performing perfectly until tonight. I have done two resets without any luck. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
