AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

1st of all I do not always ride with my HR strap so I go into "set up" and turn off the HR. When I want to ride with HR, I go back into setup and try to turn it back on. When I do this I only get two options "find" & "none". I do not get "HR Paired". I then ride and no heart rate and at some point during the ride it will come on. On my last 90 minute ride it came on for the last 15 minutes. Any adivce.

This is very strange.

Do a hard reset to make sure your iBike firmware is functioning properly.

That did it. HR now reads "Paired". Got to love your customer service and from the "top dog" no less
