This doesn't look like an original file. Opening it in Excel shows negative distance of varying amounts. It's almost like the columns got dropped into the wrong areas. This goes back to June 2008. Do you have other files like this?

Odd things can happen to a ride file as a battery dies. Negative distance is one of the main tell-tales. You also had an odd glitch in your elevation data. I wouldn't spend any time trying to extract anything meaningful out of that ride file.
