While riding in Lake Tahoe (6,000 - 7,000 feet) my power is off 10% to 15%. Could be the lack of oxygen but I was wondering if a high altitude coast down would yield adjusted numbers...Any comments.

Should have the same CdA regardless of altitude. A 10-15% power drop is pretty normal at that altitude.

What Ron said. iBike measures pressure and scales everything appropriately for altitude. Getting oxygen to your muscles is your problem.
