Need Help!

I have so many questions, I think about 2 to 3 hours of discussions. If I were to use this forum it would take weeks to get my answers. I have a new coach who is looking for numbers. I really don't have time to go through hundreds of forum Q and A. I know there is a technical support phone number but unfortunately the times listed are not convenient for me. The Company I work for does not allow for personal calls and I live outside the US. My employer would not appreciate the long distance charges! Is there someone from iBike I can contact?
