Can't retrieve profile info

I have an older iBike, from December, and I just discovered the upgrade for the mac. However, now that I've upgraged, my profile info seems to be missing. Can't find it in "Libraries", when I try to download from iBike it says there is no info there. Any recommendations?

I had another post which got loads of great responses. This one, not so much. I've redone my coast downs and 4 mile ride. I've sent the info back to the iBike. I've analyzed some rides with the new profile and attached that profile. Now, what else can I do to ensure that the info doesn't get lost before I have to clear my ride data?

In the profiles dialog area on the left side click "Export" and save it with a unique name. I keep profiles in a separate profiles folder under iBike. If things blow up, you just "Import" the appropriate file and send it to the iBike or use it in iB2.

Is that just for the 4 mile ride? That's all that comes up on the screen. Do the coast downs get saved somewhere so I can import those back in too, or is it irrelevant after the 4 miler?
And thanks so much for your help!

Tess, I've been away for several days. The program processes the 4mi ride together with the coastdowns to create your profile. Neither the coastdowns nor the 4 mi ride themselves get stored in the export file (*.ibp), but the profile based on the data does get saved.
Yes, "export" and "import" to move profiles between computers, or between different logins on the same computer for that matter.
