AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

When I move ibike from the wireless mount to the wired mount, I experience ibike does not respond to the wired sensors. I have the wireless mount and the wired mount installed on the same bike. The issue here is that ibike initiated on the wireless mount does not works on the wired mount. To make it work on the wired mount, I have tried various ways, such as battery reinstallation, hard reset,or waiting until showing "wireless fail" message, then mounting it on the wired.

I mean somehow it eventually works on the wired mount. However, it is hard to make it respond to the wired sensors. Since owning two gen 3 ibikes, I tested this with two ibikes, resulting in the same problem.

Please let me know the proper way to change mode from wireless to wired!

The way to do it is to create a new profile for your Gen III. Then, do a scan with your iBike attached to the wired mount; this will return "0" and switch the profile to wired mode.
