Post by ldmitruk »

Well it's official now, the LOOK Keo power meter is here. And the price, $2200.00, this going to set the forums on fire. For that kind of money you could several iBike meters.

Yup, the Keo is a real steal...taking lots of money right out of the pockets of any cyclist who purchases them!

They really need a new Head Unit ASAP as none of the currently supported Polar devices can display or review the average power for an interval (think USER training mode on the iBike). You can see average power for the whole ride but for anything else you need to wait until you download the file to the PC. Shame, as the ability to create custom workouts is very good, still way too expensive.

What's even worse is they are using Polar's proprietary wireless format which only talks with polar devices. So they're really going against Ant+ which appears to becoming the defacto communication format.
