A tale of awesome customer service

I just wanted to tip my hat to John and crew for their awesome customer service. I had purchased an additional handlebar mount and sensors this past December during their promo sale, but had a change of heart this spring and decided a stem mount would be best. I hadn't installed the additional mount yet, so I emailed John to ask if I could do a swap for the $10 upcharge plus shipping. "No problem," he said in an email response on Monday.

Awesome!

So I go to the mailbox Wednesday and find a package from Velocomp with my new stem mount! They had crossed-shipped the mount without me even requesting it and were a whole lot faster in getting it out than I ended up being in sending mine back.

Thanks again, John! The handlebar mount is packaged up and I'll ship it out tomorrow.
