Average power and cadence

Are the average power and cadence numbers calculated from total ride time or only from the time pedaling? If I do a 1 hour ride that consists of 50 minutes of pedaling and 10 minutes of coasting, are the power and cadence numbers based on 50 minutes or 60 minutes? Thanks.

The Gen 1 and 2 versions avergaged as follows:
Cadence & Power: All time moving is counted

The Gen 3 changed to:
Cadence: Pedaling time only
Power: All moving time is counted
