After lowering my steer for about 1 cm i did a new cal ride. My power after that seems to low, i think possible 30 watts for my NP, according to my heart rate. I think the aero factor is a little bit low, i was riding on the hoods in the cal ride.

Here is the file from the ride after the cal ride.

Before your new cal ride your wind factor was 0.691

The wind factor measured in your new cal ride was 0.687--an immaterial difference!

So, the new cal ride had no effect on your Newton's settings.

Remember that NP is heavily dependent on the amount of surging and coasting you do. In this ride you were pedaling almost all of the time, at a pretty constant speed, so that NP is close to average watts.

Please send a ride file done from before your new calibration--perhaps that will reveal something.

I ordered a iBike solo front mount, should i do a new cal ride again when i received this? The newton is now on my stem.

The two files are within 20W of each other, plus you did some sprint interval work at the end of your earlier file.

You are OK

Yes, you will need to do a new cal ride. Your wind factor will be significantly different.

Thanks John for the quick response!
