GPS tracker, getting the most out of it.

HI, can you please explain the purpose of the GPS tracker beyond it looking great? Is there some sort of guide to using it somewhere for ride diagnostics? I am especially interested to know how I can link the empirical values of power and cadence to the colours and the vertical gain on the snail trail ie. what colour relates to what range of values?
