With the Newton do you still have to do a Tilt Cal with in 20 minutes of doing the Cal ride?

Thanks for your help!

Yes, you need to do a Tilt Cal no more than 20 minutes before beginning your Cal Ride.

Do I get a message when entering cal ride if the tilt cal is "too old", i.e. not within the last 20 minutes?
Does the Newton need to be at outdoor temperature before carrying out a tilt cal?
Here in Western Norway we now see 2-3 degrees C above zero at midday so there is a big temperature drop from my gadget drawer inside to the bike outside.

1) Yes

2) Yes

3) If possible wait for warmer weather. If not, leave your Newton outdoors for 10 minutes prior to starting your Cal Ride.
