I was filling the online order form for a Newton and saw the dual purpose mount was included in the price, $499. Then I realized I wasn't ordering with the trade-in. I went to the trade-in order and saw that the dual purpose mount is an additional $20.
Why is that?

Re: Price differences on web orders
When you order a complete Newton you are purchasing a completely new system and paying full price for it. The Dual mount is standard.
When you order a trade-in you are getting a $200 discount. The Universal Handlebar mount ships standard with the trade-in (as it has been since the trade-in program began). The Dual mount is $20 additional option at time of order. If you order the trade-in with the standard mount, and later purchase the Dual mount, the extra charge is $69.
