My problem is that, not only haven't I received my Newton, but my iPro (which I've had less than a year) isn't working either!

UPS hasn't updated the status of my shipment since last Thursday! Does that mean it's been delayed?!

Received my Newton today, can't wait to calibrate it tomorrow.
I have two issues:
1) I did not receive the extra universal handlebar mount as indicated on my receipt from April 21st.
2) In regards to returning my Gen III unit, was Velocomp providing a label, or do we send it back certified, so that you have proof of mailing date?
