Heart Rate Disappeared

Newton displays heart rate live but since April 6 it has not recorded my heart rate data.
Everything else works fine. I am up to date with Isaac and FW. I have not changed heart rate straps.
Any ideas?

I have to ask the obvious:
1) Has the battery in the HR strap been checked?
2) Has the HR strap failed?
3) Have you scanned for sensors? Does iBike show as a sensor found?
4) Did you change the battery and now have a new id?
5) Please post a ride file, any ride file since the problem began.
6) What are you seeing as you ride?

Battery is good.
Strap is good.
Sensor scan works.
HR reads on Newton as I ride.
How do I post a file?

Look just below where you type a reply and you'll see a range for file attachments. Follow the prompts.

In Isaac, click on the "Show" button in the top right of the main window.
Then, make sure that HR is selected as being shown.
