Time advant/Cda does not change in Isaac

Hi
I just noted something that is not quite right. If you adjust the wind offset in the Isaac software, although the avg power changes, the cda/time advant does not change much(when paired with a powertap in my case).
I even put in a 20 wind correction and while the avg watts dropped about 50, time time altered a few secs in a 40 mile ride.

Anyone else seeing this?
