Golden Cheetah

I've just downloaded Golden Cheetah. It will open my iBike rides from before Feb 2012 which are saved in .csv format but not the recent files that are saved as .ibr files.
Is there a solution to get the files to open or saved in another format?

Open your ride file in the iBike software, then use the command File/Export Ride File/Export to iBike csv

This will save your ride file in the original format.

Depending on which version you're using (Mac or PC) there is also a shortcut command that does the same thing.
