Hi,
got one big and one small question:
* got brand new dash cc deluxe but the always on feature doesn't work with me.
I've got the latest hardware and software version so that could not be the problem.
but when I leave the bike app and come back nothing comes on my screen. no notice, no figures, just a blank screen. when I pull the iPhone out of the booth and reenter , I got figures again but as a new trip than. not a continue of the latest ride...
anyone can help me?
* does the amount of tabs (configure user screens) affect on the battery life?

Always On requires that your iPhone/iPod be plugged in. If you unplug your iOS device the feature is broken.
The feature is relevant only if you exit the app while still riding and accumulating new data.
Please report the version of iBike app you are using and the version of your firmware.

i've got for firmware version the 1.2.17
and for app software the 1.0.7
so, these are the latest build I guess?

Hi John,
it was the iOS 4,3,4. not the latest build I thought. could that be the problem?

Sorry, I meant to ask which product you are using: iPhone or iPod touch, and which version?

With the help of one of our customers, we confirmed today that there is a bug with the Always On feature, when the Phone Booth is a CC or CC Deluxe version. Just as reported in this thread, with the CC Phone Booth, when resuming the app the Update feature does not work and the fields are blank.
We will get right to work on a fix for this. Please note that it will take several weeks, due to the time required by Apple to approve firmware updates.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
