It seems that the .ibd ride file is not compatible with WKO+ 3.0 Build 48, or am I missing something?

Please could you make the file emailable (if there's such a word), in CSV format too?

Load your ibd file into the iBike software, then save it. The file saved is csv, which is readable by WKO+
