Continuous CdA?

The Dash can be paired with DFPM device and in one place it says it is "standard" and in another place says it requires a "special key". So is it a standard function to pair with a DFPM device? Once paired can CdA be displayed continuously? In numbers or a graph? And is this CdA recorded along with everything else?

Continuous CdA and Time Advantage are standard with the iDash+Power, assuming that you have a DFPM.
With the iBike Dash cycling computer, an optional key makes it possible to read a DFPM. Note that Continuous CdA is not available on the iBike Dash cycling computer, as there is no iBike power circuitry in the cycling computer version.

Got it. Thanks. For clarity - does continuous Cda literally mean a continuous readout display of CdA or is it part of a rotating display like the Gen III computer?

It's measured continuously. On the Gen III it rotates with Cadence and HR. On the iBike Dash+Power it can be seen continuously as a field.
