Other way to delete files for gen3

Hi folks,
I just got an ibike pro after coming from an SRM (got busted) and was relatively pleased until I tried to delete files using my PC. I loaded the software that came w/ the unit (both usb installer and mac software). However, when I plug the ibike unit to the usb nothing shows in my desktop. When I go and click the ibike application software it asks me to load files for labview but since nothing from my usb shows nothing can be sent.
What am I doing wrong? Are there other ways of deleting files other than thru the pc?
