AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

i notce that when setting up a bike/rider profile and useing the best accuracy option that when sending it to unit it asks for cal ride. but also noticed that on the profile edit page it has your info on profile also. then after cal ride upload it also has the cal ride on the edit profile page. which do i send and adjust when weight or bike gear is changed? do i keep original profile ? i have been just keeping cal ride. as seen in picture.
