Time zones used by the forum engine

I live in CET meaning Central European Time Zone, which is UTC+1 (GMT+1 in the winter, GMT+2 in the DST).

After whole Europe switched to the normal wintertime, happened last Sunday, the timestamps of my posts are shown incorrectly, so I cheated my timezone to UTC+0 to get the proper timestamps.
