AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

Can anybody explain the row under the "watts" using the power screen?
During cycling the digit changes and the bar grows and decreases. Is this the tilt of the bike? I can not find any info in the manual.

This is the "Power Bar", which responds instantly to power surges.

The bar fills from left to right, from 0% to 100%., The number to the right of the bar shows the scale, so if the number on the right is "400" and the bar is 50% full, then your instantaneous wattage is 200W.

The scale adjusts automatically.
