Uninstall/install firmware

How do you uninstall and install back the firmware in iPro? Thanks

You can UPDATE the firmware in an iPro via the iBike software under the "HELP" tab. What seems to be the issue; that you would want to un-install the firmware?

I'm getting an error 6004 when loading the trainer unlock key. Tried flipping the batteries backwards too.

You might want to double check that you sent in the correct serial number.
