AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

I just got an iBike Pro as a five-year service gift from work, and I was very excited to try it out, but I am getting no wind data whatsoever.

I've followed the wind offset directions.

I've done coastdowns and a 4-mile out-and-back ride.

I can point my bike directly into the wind, and right-arrow for "environment," and still see 0mph for the wind speed, even with a nearby flag flapping in the breeze.

My iBike is mounted well above my shifter cables.

Do I have a faulty wind sensor? It's been like this right out of the box, and I can't see anything blocking the port.
