During my last rides, after an or so hour, I get the message - bad file & the iBike Aero GEN III, goes for restart mode.
The Batteries in a good condition - So what went wrong?

Try hard restarting your iBike.
Take out the battery and then put it in the iBike backwards for a couple seconds. Put it back in normally and this should clear up your problems. You'll also want to erase all ride data to clear out the bad ride file.
