Wireless failure

I am having problems with my iBike wireless reception. It was working fine last week. Yesterday... nothing. It won't pick up speed, cadence, or heart rate. I have checked the configuration and it is "on" and all three of the devices are "paired". I have cleaned the contacts and tested my ability to connect the iBike to the download interface. My battary is in the wireless unit is 2-weeks old. Any suggestions?
