Crr from unit, fixed or adjusted?

When processing the cal ride and coast downs, a message comes up saying something like "using Crr from unit, use Crr fixed or Crr adjusted to analyze here". What's the best option? When I use Crr adjusted, the Crr goes from .0061 to .0071.
