Can't launch Isaac on Windows 10

Hi.
I've using powepod and Isaac for a long time on my laptop... no issues
Unfortunately, I had a system crash that needed a new Windows reinstall.
I performed a fresh install of Isaac software and drivers... apparently with no issues... rebooted the system as requested.
Soon after login, I got 2 error messages related to nieserver and msvcp140.dll.
I acknoledged the error messages and tried to launch Isaac. The system tries to run it, but simply stops... with no single message.
I tried to uninstall and reinstall... no success.
Tried to run Isaac with administrator right... no lock.
No matter what I try, I just cant't make Isaac run
How can I adress this situation?
