problem merging files

Hello,
Sorry to bother but I have again a strange problem. Nevertheless I have to saw that 99.9% it works fine.
I have done a ride and I want to add the my heart rate and the route into the isaac software. Therefore I use the following procedure:
1) I download the gpx file of the ride on my strava
2) I use the merge GPS in the menu and I follow the necessary steps. And as told 99.9% it works
I have added the ibr file of my ride
The ride is on strava: https://www.strava.com/activities/7082649978 ( I can't add the gpx file)
At my computer I downloaded the gpx file and added in ridewithgps site without problems, see: https://ridewithgps.com/trips/89359680
If you could help me; that would be great
