Window 7 Service Pack 1 install error on a Windows 10 machine

I'm trying to reinstall Issac after a windows update install wiped out my computer. This is the second time around for this. The first it installed but after the second I'm getting a This Installation requires Windows 7 Service Pack1 or Later. I'm on a windows 10 machine???

Isaac works perfectly with Win 10. I don't know why you are getting this message. You likely will have to uninstall Isaac, NI drivers, and SiLabs drivers, then reinstall.
Make sure all your security protections are off. Also, make sure your Win 10 machine is setup to install software:
