Hi all,
I have recently purchased a PowerPod V3.
I calibrated it and have been using it for a few weeks.
I thought I’d connect it to the Isaac software and investigate the data and check firmware.
It does not connect. I’ve tried two laptops and multiple cables (including original) but still will not connect.
I follow the instructions and also downloaded the Silicon labs driver.
I press the button on the PowerPod and the green light flashes. I plug in the cable from the PowerPod to the laptop.
The light flashes red for a few seconds and then goes off.
Software version is 5.1.0
Windows 10 Pro (Version 1909) – OS Build 18363.1316
I emailed technical support (velocomp) two weeks ago but have not had a response.
Please help.
Steve

Tom is the expert on Windows.
I suspect he emailed you promptly but that his response somehow got into your spam folder.
I will make sure he reaches out to you again. I have sent an email to Tom with copy to you. If you do not receive this email please post about it immediately.

All fixed. I tried a different cable and this worked.
