Mass export of iBike .ibr files to .csv?

I am changing bicycling database programs from ST3 (SportTracks) to possibly GoldenCheetah (GC). I could use my Garmin .fit files or export tcx or fitlog from ST3. The .fit does not have Windspeed. ST3 does not export additional metrics (e.g. Windspeed or Temperature) which are present in Isaac and can be uploaded to GC. GC will not read .ibr files.
I could take all the saved .ibr's and export using Isaac to .csv's - but there is no mass export option in Isaac that I know of.
Is there a way to automate my many years of Newton recording for export?
