Isaac for Windows will not launch

Hi,
when launching Isaac, the program briefly appears on the task line at the bottom, but disappears and nothing happens.
This happend the first time about a month ago, and I reinstalled the SW. It worked until today, when the same happens again. See video attachement here https://www.jottacloud.com/s/00605a3197 ... 739a065ae7
When I try to reinstall over the cureent install, the following is the result before the install starts:
And after the installer finish:
Please advise how to fix this.
