Recovering profiles

I've had to recently do a clean install of my desktop. I've reinstalled Isaac and I'd like to recover the profiles I had from my data backup. Can you tell me how profiles are stored and which files I should recover please?

The easiest way to recover your profiles is to open some of your old rides in Isaac, then do Edit/Edit Profiles/Extract From Ride File...
