Trainer mode to unit

I can not seem to send the trainer mode to my unit before a ride. I choose "sent to ibike" but when I am on the rollers it thinks I am still riding outside. I can switch it after the ride is over but that does not help me for my work out on the rollers

Sending a trainer profile to the iBike does just that. It sends it to the iBike. Separately you need to go to the user setup screen and click forward until you get to Trainer Off, hit the center button to turn trainer on.

You can also turn trainer mode on from the iBike software. Be sure the device is connected and select Device>Turn Trainer Mode On. Fernando's way is a bit simpler though, and doesn't require you to have to hook up the unit each time you want to turn the trainer feature on or off. It is just another option.
