Unit is not responding
I have installed the usb bridge on my computer, and when I try to download a ride the software identifies the ride but says the unit is not powered on. I have removed the usb cable and reinserted and the computer gives the "bonk" sound recognising the reconnection. The iBike Pro has data on the screen, but when I hit download ride, I get the "no response" message??
