Just making sure

So I downloaded all my new iBike stuff to a new lap top. I went to install the USB stuff and said it's was successfully installed. Unfortunately, I am continually getting a message that the USB adapter is malfunctioning or is damaged and does not work. I figure the adapter to download the workouts is shot but wanted to double check before I look into getting an new one.

I am currently using the Gen III iBike. I have not had any issues with the adapter prior to this and have tried all the trouble shooting mechanisms!

It sounds like your USB adapter is damaged. Please contact Tom Gore at technicalsupport@velocomp.com for next steps.
