"Unit Not Responding"

I presently own an iBike Pro Gen iii. I just bought another USB adapter and uploaded iBike Windows Software on my computer at work. Problem is I cannot connect my iBike at work with my new USB adapter and uploaded iBike Windows. I have no issues at home when I connect with my old USB adapter and iBike Windows software at home. I can see the COM 3 connection for Silicon Labs at work and the driver is listed as working properly at work, but it will not connect and returns "Unit Not Responding". I have removed both the drivers and iBike windows and reinstalled but the problem persits......Anybody have any thoughts or suggestions.......JIM

If it's a work computer then you have to make sure you have administrator privileges. If not, then the drivers won't install properly.
