LabView error?

Post by dbrouse »

I'm on a Mac (OS x 10.6.4) and I'm running version 4.9.0 of the iBike software...here is the error I get after the file is apparently downloaded:

Error 7 occurred at Open/Create/Replace File in iBF save iBike csv file.vi->iBIntf save file.vi->iBIntf process ride data.vi->iBIntf dialog download ride data.vi->iBIntf dyncall dialog download ride data.vi->iBike top-level VI.vi

Unfortunately the file only shows 76 of the 101 miles that I rode...what's going on?

Thanks in advance!

I deleted and reinstalled the software....this seems to have caused more trouble. Here is the new error.

So I went to my iMac (older version of the iBike software since I'm too lazy, busy, to update and and it downloaded the file but again only 76 miles...

The unit is showing me 102 miles of date, averages, totals, etc.

Anyone have any ideas?

Make sure you are using a valid download folder. You can set your download folder either under preferences or in the ride download window.

Regarding the VISA timeout error, the first thing to check is that you have set the com port in the "Device->Connect" window.

Neither of those solutions worked. How can we tell is anything is wrong with the unit?
