AeroPod, PowerPod and Newton

Hey everyone, so I finally installed the isport and everything was going fine until I tried to get a speed reading during the initial setup. I have the magnet passing within a couple of millimeters from the sensor and I have tried removing the battery and reinstalling it, but still no reading. I do have another magnet located on the left side for a computer that is currently mounted, but I wouldn't think that would cause a problem with the isport sensor. I do have a wired isport by the way. Could I have a bad sensor? Hopefully it is something I'm just overlooking, but I'm not sure what else to try. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Can you hear the faint click from the sensor as the wheel magnet passes? You will need to do this in a quiet location but it will tell you if your have the magnet sensor positioned correctly. Also, inside the sensor there should be a switch than changes it from a Cadence Sensor to a Speed sensor, check you do not have it around the wrong way.
