Cannot upload profile to Ibike...Rider Height =0

This just popped up. Never saw it before when uploading profiles.

details:
Ibike for windows V 4.04
Firmware version 4.20
iBike Aero.

I even went and checked "Est Aero", and my height is stored correctly as 71 inch.

any Help?

On your iBike go into setup and go to the Fast Start Yes sequence. When you get to the Est Aero section, click the center button until you see rider height. Most likely it is (incorrectly) set to zero. Set it to your height and then you should be able to upload your profile.

As I mentioned, I checked that. My height is set to 71 inches.
Still won't load and gives the same error.
I reset the battery. same thing.
I even tried switching to profile 2 on the ibike and loading over that...no success.
