Is it the norm to send in your serial to get the unlock key/file to get your Garmin to pair with the Gen III unit. I had the "G" firmware with my Gen II unit and was wondering. Nothing will pair for me.....

Yes, you'll need to send your serial number to us for your Gen III so we can send you your Garmin key.
