FIT TEST IN TRAINER MODE??

Can I perform a "Fit Test" when in Trainer Mode on my indoor trainer. I would like to gauge my improvement during the off season in New England........Please advise.

Not sure if the fit test works in trainer mode, but I know that intervals work in trainer mode. You can do the fit test as a USR interval and manually input the FTP you determine. I like this mode because you can also see HR during the test.
